1. Booking Confirmation

   • A deposit of 30% of the total safari package cost is required to confirm your booking. This deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation.
   • Failure to pay the deposit within the stipulated time may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

2. Payment Schedule

   • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the safari start date.
   • For bookings made within 30 days of the safari start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

   • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, mobile money platforms (e.g., M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa), or other authorized payment gateways.
   • All bank charges, transaction fees, and currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client.

4. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations made 60 days or more before the safari start date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total package cost.
   • Cancellations made between 30-59 days before the safari start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost.
   • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the safari start date will result in a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
   • Refunds, if applicable, will exclude non-refundable expenses such as park fees, permits, and third-party services.

5. Amendments

   • Requests for changes to the booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
   • Amendments may incur additional charges based on revised itineraries or services.

6. Late Payments

   • Late payment of the balance may result in the cancellation of the booking. In such cases, cancellation fees as outlined in the policy will apply.

7. Force Majeure

   • In case of unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics), we will endeavor to provide alternative arrangements. Refunds or compensations in such cases will be subject to costs incurred.

8. Third-Party Costs

   • The company is not liable for costs associated with flights, visas, travel insurance, or any services not included in the package.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

   • Any disputes arising from payments will be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

10. Acknowledgment

• By making a payment, the client confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
